It came with Montreal Neo brand tires. I looked them up and they are cheap. Probably replace them in the fall. Suggestions? Thanks.

What is this red wire? I see it connects to the engine but where is the other end suppose to connect? I bought this car and it was just laying on the engine and it’s kind of melted. I believe I will have to buy a new one but didn’t know what it was called
