I recently noticed a slight window rattle from the drivers side. I am not sure why I am noticing it now, maybe from driving with radio off a few times and now focusing on it too much. It is only when the window is up, and only on certain non-smooth road

04 3.8 stock. I'm having an intermittent issue where I lose power. I can mash the throttle and nothing, put it in neutral and it drops to about 400rpm. Shut the key off while rolling in neutral, restart and it's fine, full power, until it decides to do it

Or at least it acts like it is. Intermittently it's been acting up. At first I thought it might be the tranny. The car revs up then slows down without shifting them it gets sluggish and then runs fine for awhile.
