I read that the MT82-D4 in 2015+ cars has redesigned synchros that shift better. Has anyone seen a rebuild kit for older MT82s that updates them to this newer design? Just curious.

Can anyone tell me how to find out what drivetrain I have in my 1989 mustang Gt, the door sticker was removed. Does the VIN have all the information I may need. I need a trans.output shaft seal, and a rear differential pinion seal, also rear cover gasket.

I'm looking to get my first Mustang and currently in the market for a 2018+ GT convertible, 10spd, with PP1. Are there any red flags I should be looking out for with these? Here's what I'm looking for as I browse around, anything else I should add?

I had a battery completely die inside my mustang, so I tried to jump it. The jump box didn't really work. The second the ground touched metal (where I was placing the ground) the car alarm starts going off in a faster interval than usual. Scared the crap
