My daughter bought a 07 v6 convertible with 110k . I replaced pretty much everything on front end. Front shock, lower control arms, all bushing . We got alignment done. Car drives really smooth

Occasionally get a rough idle now particularly waiting at lights and when I drop into reverse. Figured it was the cheap cai so I replaced it with a Roush and it's slightly better. 2012 v6. No check engines or anything maybe a tune will fix? I thought perh
