Was out of state for a while and left this at my mom's - finally got to drive this with new tires. Last set was from 1989 and it was a bear getting a staggered set of new rims during this COVID. Have 10 thousand annoying little projects to work on too.

After I rev or even touch the throttle it will stay at that rpm for several seconds before it drops back down. If i disconnect the vacuum line going to the IAC from the intake it (just on the intake side) it will act almost normal, just idles high. Alread
