These wheels were on the car when I bought it. I've never seen the logo before. They're 18" and the tires are 235/50-18. Can anyone tell me what the wheels are? Thank you.

I own a 1991 GT and recently the car has been bucking at around 2000rpm. Engine seems to momentarily shut down (tach bounces between 1800 and 2000rpm) Tried complete tune up, purged old fuel and still no improvement. Not sure what to do next?
