While testfitting my cowl, I attached the wiper motor and arms. That is when I noticed an odd looking ground wire attached to the wiper motor brace. There are two, but one is odd. Can anyone tell me where this might be attached? It appears to be broken on the flat end. I looked at the blower motor resistor and every where I could think of to no luck. Would like to fix this if broken before dash assembly. Thanks.

As a side note, I have a plastic knob on the left side of the steering...
