Anyone have any experience with this? I've isolated where the noise is but can't figure out was it causing it. It I getting louder and happening more often. Adding a pic to clarify where I mean. Thanks!

1: Droning noise that gets louder the faster I go, sounds like its coming from somewhere up front.
2:Car idles fast, kick the pedal, it settles down. Drive it and the throttle sticks and the car goes 30 mph like cruise control. All new throttle parts. T

Pulled rear and completely rebuilt and installed new gears. Reinstalled but ABS light will not turn off as well as traction control will not engage. Tried all I know. All connected under car. What now?
