i got a 2014 gt cs with stainless power exhaust, had the car for about a year then it started off ruff idle then it would turn off when am coming to a stop. the car is manual and i do the standard procedures when stopping by pushing the clutch in and stop

I've tried searching a few different ways to no avail, doubt I'm the only one who ever had this issue.
At highway speeds (not excessive), the corner of the hood lifts about 1/4 inch or so. The latch seems fine and it would probably be overkill to add hood
