I noticed that on my vacuum harness there are 2 plugs at the end of harness on the passenger side of motor, one of these plugs has a cap on it. Does anyone know what these 2 plugs plug into?

2006 Mustang V6, was merging on the interstate tonight and I had a hurricane of smoke trailing me. Looked under the hood and saw this so pretty easy diagnosis I think. Just couldn't find the hose on some of the websites or atleast not one I was sure of.
