The lights are out with the climate controls and no air comes through hot or cold, checked every single clutch fuse and fuse that includes AC, any ideas?

I have installed 2017 Mustang factory rims to my 2014 Mustang ,, I drove about 50 miles then i tried to reset TPMS sensors with Tool designed for ford. It wont works. Does anybody can help me please ? 2017 sensors are compatible for 2014 mustang? Or i am
