I am replacing the brake lines on my 1967 mustang. The rear plastic brake hose needs replaced as well. However, I can not figure out how to remove the line. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Hey all.
New top put on 6 months ago, it sat in my garage for a year.
I can't seem to replicate exactly what I'm looking for so i thought id ask it here.
Can i fix this? Or do i need another top already :/
