I have 2, 2000 Mustang Convertibles ones Standard Ones Automatic. My Automatic Mustangs motor went out and I have a motor in the Standard One that I want to put into the automatic one but I don’t know all that I’m going to need to know before working on it. Any Advice On Need to knows?

can the motor alone just be swapped and be ready to go or is there a whole lot more that I need to do?
