I was working on clutch linkage for my 64 1/2 and when I moved the pressure plate with the linkage this piece fell out. Car seems to be running fine and clutch feels strong so not sure what this could be.

All 4 cams are over advanced and over retard how that even happens, the chain is in sync I just rebuilt the motor everything does good until I tap the gas and it’s choppy as **** and laggy and boggy Ig is how I’d put it one time when I revved it the rpm’s

TL;DR - We're not exactly sure why, but hot idle oil pressure went from 17 PSI to 31 PSI after we completed a timing job, replaced a single camshaft, all of the roller rockers, 5 lifters, and cleaned the oil pickup tube - so it must have been one of those

Anybody have any idea how much pressure the cooler lines have on the manual transmission models? My guess is not that much but was just wondering.
Google and search on here came up with nothing for the manual transmission cars.

I was doing a pull and went to shift to 4th and the car locked me out and made a very loud hum. Now the trans makes a knocking noise that goes away every now and then, it also doesn't happen when clutched in.

Excited to find this forum. There is a dear family member who needs help with a '95 convt and I am not the person you would want working on your vehicle. Ever heard that someone cant boil water? Apply that concept to cars and that me. Still, gotta figure
