TL;DR - We're not exactly sure why, but hot idle oil pressure went from 17 PSI to 31 PSI after we completed a timing job, replaced a single camshaft, all of the roller rockers, 5 lifters, and cleaned the oil pickup tube - so it must have been one of those (and NOT the tensioners) haha.
