Not my first Mustang for sure.
I bought this one for a run around town commuter. It has 182K miles and has been neglected and abused but I got it pretty cheap. I replaced the canister purge valve yesterday and the CEL went off by itself in about 5 miles.

I’ve been looking for a mustang fastback 1970, only thing close to being cheap is a shell, a 70s shell goes for around 7-14k depending on condition. So main question is can I buy a 2005-2008 mustang gt as a donor and swap engine, tranny, and drive train?

Hey guys I just bought an 05 mustang and the thing starts ticking when i shift or its at idle. If I rev it a little around 4k rpm it seems to go away. It’s really only when i slow down or shift, any ideas on what it might be? Bad oil pump maybe?
