Gears and Tuners or Superchip flashpaq

I have a 2004 V6 Automatic. I am looking to up my performance in small ways, i am getting my cold air intake in this week. Looking at the next options. I want to get some new gears and wondered some opinions on which to get. Also is it really important to get a superchip flashpaq or tuner after upgrading on gears and cold air intake? Someone told me to get 4.10. Looking at, "EXCEL from Richmond Ring and Pinion Gear Kit; 4.10 Gear Ratio" is this a good option? I am looking to...
