I'm looking for help with a horn issue on on my 64.5. My horn works a little "too well"…as in it won't shut off unless I remove the horn ring or disconnect the battery. It seems as thought the contact brush in the steering wheel is constantly making contact the with the horn ring contact plate completing the circuit (thus blowing the horn), but I don't see any way to adjust this so that it's not touching when installed.

Again, I'm new to the community so if this made no sense or if it needs...
