I have a 1998 mustang gt, which origionaly had a 4.6 with an automatic tranny. I put a 4.6 with a manual tranny from a 1996 mustang gt. The fuel pump wont pump and the starter wont crank.I used the pat and computer from the 1996 and the theft light came on. Switched to the 1998 ignition ,pat and computer and theft light dosent come on but fuel pump dusent work and srarter wont crank. any ideas?
