I replaced my alternator a while back, and since have had serpentine belts that keep shredding (one or two ribs will come off, but the belt will stay in tact running on three sometimes two ribs.). I have zero experience knowing what is right and wrong when trying to troubleshoot these issues with the belt alignment. Attached is a picture of what I am thinking might be the issue.
