Hello all, I just recently purchased a 1999 Mustang GT. The previous owner bought it and wasn’t running. Found out that the obd2 port was cut off and melted. He replaced it and now the mustang only runs with the scanner plugged in. However the dash periodically works and none of the lights work (headlight, turn signal, etc) What could be the cause of this? Would it just be easier to replace harness under the dash? Thanks in advance!
