Hi guys!
I am working myself through an engine rebuild and am looking for some replacement pushrods for a 1966 2v 289. My caliper reads the old ones at 6.8475". Doing some research, it looks like there were 2 different lengths of rods, 6.803" for years 63-68 then 6.876" for 69+. So accounting for wear damage it looks like the rods that were in my 66 were the longer 6.876" rods for later models?

If that's correct, should I replace them with the longer 6.876" rods after cleaning up the...
