I recently bought a 2007 mustang gt with about 103k miles. Didn’t bother getting a carfax at the time because it was a really cheap car but later on found someone on eBay doing them for 10 dollars so figured why not lol. Well I noticed it says “short block replaced” on the carfax. Can’t get in touch with the guy. Anyone know how that process normally works? I assume he didn’t put in a new block so it’s probably used.
