i recently bought a 68 coupe with a 289 out of the corner of a guys garage in iowa. i wasnt really looking but ... it hadnt been started in over 10 yrs but was able to get it started and idled. sounded good. Friend of mine is body man,talked me into cleaning engine compartment for paint. anyway pulled motor and been sanding,scrubbing,... i want to replace single factory exhaust with headers. will i have trouble with long tube? no a/c no,pwr steering ,auto trans,,
