I have a 2002 mustang gt with about 150,000 miles on it I’ve been having problems for months I got the car about a year ago it was good except from the occasional howl coming from the air intake which I fix with a new idle air control but every time I cold start my car my rpms hit about 2,000 and hang for about 30-40 seconds before dropping a little under or right at 1,000 rpms and I can’t tell the engine is working at a higher pace than an idle if I start driving before my rpms climb down...
