I would never attempt this on my own as I have no mechanical experience. However I am getting estimates ranging from $2,200 install, to another shop quoted me $1,000 for a 12-hour installed. The thing is is I don't know how often the shop does this kind of thing. Is it straightforward enough that you could probably get away with something like this? Or would you guys go to somebody who does supercharger installs every day?
