Hello, so I’ve been saving up money for a while and am just having a tough time figuring out if what certain people want for their cars is actually what they’re worth 25,000$

There are a couple others in not as good of shape but damn near, and they are 13,000-19000$, just looking for some advice, like I said I’ll be new to having a classic mustang but not new to the old car scene
