Merry Christmas and sorry for the long post,

I just wanted to drop this here as I am very annoyed. I purchased Costco tires online and installed them at the store and the whole experience has been nothing but the worst.

First, the tracking for the tires was not working and no one was able to tell me when I would be able to install them. After waiting for ~2 weeks I contacted customer service and she talked to the manager after which all of the sudden they "found" the tires at the warehouse...
