Can anyone assist in identifying the exact year of this Mustang?

The best match I've found is a 2012-2013 year, but there are inconsistencies that make it difficult for a novice:
But it does have the round headlights exactly like a 2012-2013 (sorry, no picture of the front)
Help please?
- The decal on the side
- Black side mirrors
- No stripe down the hood or the top
- Vents on the rear side windows (not just glass)
