I have a 67 mustang that has been off the road for many years (after the drive shaft failed) but I'm finally back at work on it and I need a driveshaft. I was at the local salvage yard and stumbled across one that seemed to just need some clean up and paint but I'm not really sure what else I would be concerned with. I see new driveshafts for $300+ and this one was $75. I think I would prefer to put my $$ toward something else if a little work and $75 will not cause any mechanical issues...
