Ford is headed to the Goodwood Festival of Speed next month with both barrels loaded. That’s a brace of Bullitts headed to the event, old and new.

The automaker is sending the original 1968 Ford Mustang GT driven by Steve McQueen and used in Bullitt to the event. The car was lost – hidden in a garage – for decades and unearthed for the reveal of the 2019 50th anniversary Bullitt Mustang model.

It’s the first time the car has set tire in Europe, but Ford didn’t say if will be heading up the Hillclimb course this year.

Alongside the old car will be the new hotness. The 2019 Bullitt will also be on display. The 2019 will be the first time the Bullitt has been for sale in the UK, giving drivers on the wrong side of the car that 480 hp 5.0L V8.

As far as the Fords that will run the Hillclimb event, champion drifter Vaughn Gitten Jr. will be running the 700 hp Eagle Squadron GT up the hill. That car is set for a charity auction after the event. Ford Chip Ganassi Racing drivers Andy Priaulx and Harry Ticknell will be running a Ford GT. The M-Sport Fiesta WRC car will also run on the hill and the rally stage.
