Saleen’s new Sportruck XR is an F-150-based pickup that might just make you ask Raptor who?

The Sportruck is Saleen’s street-ready F-150. Lowered, more powerful, and with a big aero body kit. The XR isn’t for corner carving. It’s for desert running.

It starts with an F-150 pickup, then adds 2.5-inch coilovers up front and 2.5-inch shocks in the back. On the Black Label model, they’re custom tuned dampers for Saleen from Fox. The bypass shocks allow for 12-inches of travel up front and a massive 14 in the rear. Getting things stopped are 13.6 or 14.0-inch front rotors that are clamped by six-piston calipers.

17-inch alloy wheels wear General Grabber X3 33-inch tires, with wider wheels available. The XR also gets a massive front bumper, revised grille, side steps, and great big fender flares.

Under the hood is where this truck really shines. It comes with the same Saleen powertrains as the Sportruck. That means you can go as big as a supercharged 5.0L V8. 700 hp and 600 lb-ft will leave the Raptor in your dust.
