KohR Motorsports has taken delivery of its second GT4-spec Ford Mustang ahead of this weekend’s Continental Tire SportsCar Challenge season finale at Road Atlanta.
The second car will be piloted by Parker Chase and the returning Nate Stacy, who competed with the team in Pirelli World Challenge last year.
“I am really excited to head to Road Atlanta,” Chase told SportsCar365. “To do so with KohR Motorsports and Nate Stacy makes the experience even better.
“Since my last race of the PWC season in Sonoma, I have been anxious to get back behind the wheel regardless of that being in race or test conditions.”
This Friday’s Fox Factory 120 will mark the second time this year that KohR has fielded a pair of cars has run two cars since Sebring in March, in which Multimatic’s Scott Maxwell and Jade Buford claimed the Mustang GT4’s first global victory.
“With [Parker] and Nate behind the wheel and the experience of our talented team, we have a legitimate shot at a podium and victory which would be a great way to close out the 2017 racing season,” said team owner Dean Martin.
