I removed the EFI "assembly" I'll call it in order to replace the valve cover gaskets on a 1989 5.0. Upon slowly and carefully lifting it off the engine after disconnecting hoses and wiring connectors, I discovered the PCV hose which I do not believe had previously been connected to anything. Could it be that this hose was just laying under the EFI "assembly" and not connected? It had not occurred to me previously that the PCV and a grommet weren't located in the valve cover like you...
