I own a 1968 mustang that has been swapped from an inline 6 to a 5.0 302 HO out of a 1987 mustang. I did a mild build to it and am looking at about 350 whp. But I’m looking at getting a new carburetor for it. But I’m torn between Holley and Edelbrock. I always hear about the argument Edelbrock vs Holley but don’t know which is better.
If I go with a Edelbrock carburetor it will most definitely be the AVS2. But my question is what would be a Holley carburetor that would compete with that or...
