Okay I've recently bought this 66 ford mustang with freshened up 302. Anyways i just barely started to hear an engine noise that I think is coming from up top. I feel that its either Rockers or loud lifters. Like I said It's a freshened up 302 not sure what they've done as far as a rebuild. Maybe I'm paranoid I'm not sure maybe give me some ideas what I'm hearing. I haven't ruled out Exhaust leaks or rod knock but in my opinion it really doesn't sound deep enough.
