93 GT won't idle below 1k RPM after running a while

93 GT. Pretty much all stock.
Have replaced the TPS sensor. Adjusted it according to:

At first startup, it will idle down to about 800 to 900 RPM. However, I find that when I take it out and it runs a while, such as a 20-30min drive, when I stop at my destination, or when I come to a stop light, it never idles down below 1k RPM. I have sat and let it idle for...
