Googled these symptoms - 2000 GT Mustang crank, no start, theft light flashing, odometer reads dashes. All I could find was that it might be the PCM, CCRM, Ignition switch, fuses, electrical, etc. the more I dug the crazier more elusive everyone’s problems seemed to be even after replacing the PCM and CCRM.
I got really lucky and found my solution which I didn’t read anywhere, so I’m sharing in case it helps anyone. Even if the big 30A PCM fuse under the hood looks fine, pull it and check...
