i have a 1996 cobra 4.6 4v 91,000 miles bought with 47,000 miles. i believe BBK adjustable fuel pressure regulator diaphragm went bad dumped fuel into crankcase now has mild bottom end knocking. i have done a oil change with new FP regulator still the same haven't run but 5-10 mins. total 3 different times. I would greatly appreciate any knowledge or advise. i have a 2007 GT 4.6 3v engine i could use. but i would like to keep it 4.6 4v. Greatful for any suggestion or advise. Thanks StangRa...
