5.0 running rich

New problem with 86 5.0. Fuel injection. Car is running really rich at idle. Rough idle at around 1000 rims. Lots of smoke out of tail pipes. NEW spark plugs already sooty and fuel/ carbon fouled. Any ideas. Thanks
