I got my car and it was a EFI converted 1968 from a 1991 donor. I sent car to a shop to get the disk brakes and steering column as well as sway bar upgrades done.

Got car back and wouldn’t crank any longer. So sent to another shop and somehow after research I notice I have a 1G alternator and no voltage regulator. Caught on to this after my battery died twice and then one of the two solenoids that are in my ignition charging system went out. Also something I now realize is not great.
