My sons car above blew out the magnetic pickup/controller in his MSD dizzy. What’s the secret to not dropping the oil pump rod when pulling the dizzy out (after I mark the position and rotor to the intake manifold). My 66 had a clip on the oil pump rod, but my buddies did not and he dropped his oil rod into the bottom pan. Any ideas please.
