I have a 15 s550 with pedder 30 way adjustable coil overs and the car has I think it’s a 2nd gen vmp supercharger on it I want to install a strut tower bar I bought for a steal but it hits the blower and this is my first time putting one on anything is it safe to space it up with washers to clear? Also why are the holes so much bigger than my bolts?

Anything helps it is a Scott drake bar.
