2006 GT with Roush Supercharger, 48k miles. Recently got a CEL so I pulled the codes and P0175 and P0345 came up. Did some googling and not seeing these two coming up together. Anyone have an idea as to why they would appear together? Somewhere to start troubleshooting?

Seems to run and drive fine but I have noticed an occasional "miss" in the engine while under load (acceleration).

I might add that I just changed the oil and filter, used Motorcraft synthetic blend 5W-20
