So the metal circle thats comes from the wire harness and goes onto the part of the alternator thats screws it down and charges the battery melted off due to it not being screwed down all the way and getting really hot. when i went to screw it down the bolt broke off and occasionally ill have to pull over and make that wire touch to charge the battery so it doesn’t die.

I would like some suggestions on what i should do to fix that wire. Could i just buy a new metal piece with some wire on...
