I am giving one (youngest) son's 04 Mustang to another son (oldest). The oldest lives in Northern Arizona, and I will have to cross the Mojave desert to deliver it to him from SoCal.
I have heard that the V6 head and block are different materials. I understand that they expand and contract at different rates, and that this can cause coolant leaks or coolant in the engine oil. So I want to keep an eye on it and plan on having a cylinder head temperature (CHT) gauge installed.
