How many feet/inches do you recommend I keep free in front of my car to pull the engine with a typical hoist/cherry picker? I plan to pull just the motor and leave the transmission in place. Can I lift the motor and roll the car back out of the way to remove? I am asking because I'm working in a garage with a wall in front of the car and it is more convenient to orient the car this way than to have car backed into the parking spot.
