2010 4.0 Auto. Upon starting, the radio, air conditioner, power windows, odometer, and compass don't work and the shift lever is stuck in Park. After about 16 seconds, the odometer lights up and at 30 seconds everything else comes on and then the shift lock is released. If I start it in Neutral, same issue other that I can put it in drive immediately, which then trips the relay and everything else comes on.

Sitting still, If I shift back to Neutral or Park, everything goes off again...
