I have two 98 Mustangs. One of them is a parts car (automatic). I have found that the ECM may be the problem on the project car (manual). Car turns on and it purges out the PATS light, I crank it and it just spins. If I crank it using starter fluid or gas down it’s throat then it starts for a second and the PATS like starts rapidly flashing until I cycle the key.
