I have a 65 mustang coupe that is a straight 6. It came from the factory having 4 lugs on the rear wheels. I just upgraded to disk brakes for the front, and it came with a 5 lug pattern.

My question is this, how do I convert the rear to 5 lug? Is there a conversion kit available, or do I have to do it the hard way by swapping out rear ends?
